Shampoo:
We recommend using 3 times per week for optimal results. Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather and then rinse. Repeat as necessary. Can be used daily or every other day if desired. Follow with our HG Conditioner for optimal results. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.
Conditoner:
Remove excess water from hair. Massage a small evenly throughout hair and leave in for a few minutes. Rinse well for 30 seconds to prevent excess build up. Can be used daily or every other day if desired. Follow with the Miracle Mask once per week for optimal results. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.
Our products are gentle enough to be used daily, but we don’t recommend over washing as this can dry out your hair and strip the scalp of its natural oils. Therefore, for normal hair types, we recommend washing 1-3 x per week. For dry hair types, we strongly recommend washing 1 x per week.
