how to use

Shake before use to blend, as natural products can settle. Use 1-3 pumps, emulsify in hands to get a nice lather, then massage into hair and rinse. We reco a double cleanse to nourish the scalp and strands. Use as often as needed. ​Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.

Start with 1 pump for fine/short hair, and up to 3 pumps for long/thick hair. ​

You may notice a short period where hair feels oilier – this is totally normal with low lather shampoos. It’s part of the detox process as you move from chemical to natural, silicone and sulphate-free formulas.

"This shampoo and conditioner is perfect if you’re looking for something more natural that actually WORKS. I have tons of hair, but it’s really fine - so I get oily fast. I find that my hair does really well using this shampoo as long as I do a first cleanse to get all the dirt and grime from the day off and then do a follow up cleanse to really clean my scalp. The conditioner also leaves my hair silky smooth, and my boyfriend loves the smell!! Highly recommend if you like beachy, coconutty scents that aren’t overwhelmingly strong."

"I have always been very picky about the products I use on my hair. I have very think naturally curly hair. I usually go through two bottle of conditioner to one of shampoo. But not Bondi Boost! I am so impressed about everything!! First off, the scent is fabulous!! It’s not a strong scent of coconut but it’s definitely there. The texture of the shampoo and condition is a little thinner than most, which I like. With this product, a little goes a long way! I’ve noticed significantly less frizz and tangles making the curls more manageable. Definitely a product worth sharing!!"

Dull to Healthy

"I have long, thick and uncolored hair that is down to my waist and I have noticed that my hair was looking dull, dry and unhealthy. After using Bondi Boost Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner Duo 2-3 times a week I have noticed a difference, my hair looks healthier and shiny to the point that others around me have noticed. Often when I use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners my hair feels heavy and becomes greasy after only a couple of hours. With Bondi Boost Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner my hair does not look greasy at all. It has a nice coconut smell that is not overpowering that makes me think of summer every time I use it. I absolutely love this product and will definitely continue to use it!"

Moisturizing indeed!

"I’ve tried so many “moisturizing” shampoos that either left my hair greasy or still dry—but this one actually delivers. From the first wash, my hair felt softer, smoother, and easier to detangle. It lathers beautifully without stripping my scalp, and the hydration feels balanced rather than heavy. My curls (or waves—depending on the day!) look more defined and less frizzy. "I love the HG line of shampoo and conditioner so I decided to try this. This just does NOT clean my hair. I could even feel it as I was washing so I washed twice and it did not clean my roots at all. Dried my hair and it was greasy."

Q&A

Does this shampoo sudd well? Does it have a thick consistency and is it good for thick frizzy curly hair?
Hi Rayan, All our shampoos are low-lather shampoos, meaning they wont foam up as much as your previous goodies. This ensures that they can gently cleanse away any unwanted impurities without stripping the hair of natural oils that provide nourishment and hydration to the hair and scalp. - Angie from the CS Team
How does this shampoo do with hard water? I had to give up on my previous, much-loved shampoo and conditioner because when I moved my hair never looked clean after washing it. I had to switch to a special hard water shampoo and conditioner, but I love Bondi's heavenly hydration mask and frizz fix serum, and would love to try the shampoo and conditioner as well.
Hi Maggie, Thanks for the question! Our Heavenly Hydration Shampoo is well loved by our BB customers. However, our products have not been clinically tested with regards to hard water. If you were looking to rebalance the scalp and remove impurities I would recommend our Sea Salt Scrub - It works wonders! The Sea Salt Scrub works well when followed with Heavenly Hydration Shampoo then the Heavenly Hydration Hair Mask or Conditioner; typically done once a week for luscious hair. I hope this helps! When using both shampoo and conditioner in hydration form does your hair feel limp? Or do you get some body?
Hi Amy, Using the Heavenly Hydration shampoo and conditioner can help to make the hair feel softer, smoother, and more manageable. If you're specifically looking for a shampoo that provides volume, the thickening therapy shampoo may be a better choice for you. Thickening shampoos are formulated to give the appearance of thicker, fuller hair by adding body and volume.
