how to use

HG Shampoo:

Use 1–3 pumps depending on your hair thickness, then emulsify the product in your hands (you'll want a nice lather!). Massage into wet hair and rinse. For a deeper wash, double cleanse by repeating these steps. Use as often as needed.

HG Conditioner

After shampooing, squeeze out excess water and apply a small amount from mid-shaft to ends. Leave in for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, use with HG Shampoo.

Lock Drops

Fill dropper, tilt back head, and apply directly to scalp on damp or dry hair. Massage into scalp. Do not rinse. Use daily. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.

Smell Changed

"I've been using the Duo for years and bought a new pack from Sephora when I most recently ran out. I received the package and it smelt AWFUL. I figured they must've changed the formula, so I reached out to BB and they sent me a new one. I received the new one and it still smelt HORRIBLE. It's literally unusable. I know BB says that they didn't change the formula, but something is different with these new bottles. I used to love these and now I truly cannot use them because of the rancid smell."

Terrible smell

"Haven't used Bondi Boost in a while and remember liking it so I placed an order for 2 shampoos and got a free mini. The smell is so awful, to me smells like awful chemicals specifically lysol disinfectant. My husband didn't believe me and used and he even said it smells like carb cleaner he uses when working in the shop. I remember the smell being minty not like this! Customer service is responsive, but not helpful. I can send it all back and pay out of my pocket to do so even."
