how to use

Smell Changed

"I've been using the Duo for years and bought a new pack from Sephora when I most recently ran out. I received the package and it smelt AWFUL. I figured they must've changed the formula, so I reached out to BB and they sent me a new one. I received the new one and it still smelt HORRIBLE. It's literally unusable. I know BB says that they didn't change the formula, but something is different with these new bottles. I used to love these and now I truly cannot use them because of the rancid smell."

Terrible smell

"Haven't used Bondi Boost in a while and remember liking it so I placed an order for 2 shampoos and got a free mini. The smell is so awful, to me smells like awful chemicals specifically lysol disinfectant. My husband didn't believe me and used and he even said it smells like carb cleaner he uses when working in the shop. I remember the smell being minty not like this! Customer service is responsive, but not helpful. I can send it all back and pay out of my pocket to do so even."

I use to add conditioner to my scalp and lived the tingling. My hair was growing. Now it says to add to mig shaft to ends? Can I continue to add this to my scalp? Did the formula change?: Hi Rebecca, Our formula has not changed for the HG Conditioner. We usually recommend applying only to the mid-lengths and ends to prevent build up and oiliness on the scalp. If you see best results applying the conditioner all the way up to the scalp, please feel free to continue doing so, and ensure you rinse well. - Angie from the CS Team
