How It Works
- Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart.
- Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
- Try at Home: Once your order arrives, you will have 21 days to try on the items.
- Complete Order: We'll send access to your Customer Portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Returns
If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label by email when we receive your return request.
Return Guidelines:- Returns must be shipped within 3 days of submitting your return request.
- If you return any items from the order, a $10 restocking fee will be applied.
questions about try before you buy?
Q: how does the authorization process work?
A: When you place an order using the Try Before You Buy (TBYB) service, we place an authorization on your payment method for the full amount of the order at checkout. This authorization verifies your payment method and reserves the funds but does not result in an immediate charge—your account will show a pending amount. Once you decide which items to keep, we either capture the payment for those items or release the remaining funds.
Q: when will I be charged for my order?
A: You will only be charged for the items you decide to keep after finalizing your order through the Customer Portal. Charges will be applied only for those items you choose to purchase, and the rest of the pre-authorized amount will be released.
Q: what is the restocking fee?
A: A $10 restocking fee applies only if all items from the order are returned. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the shipping, handling, and processing of returns.
Q: can i use any payment method?
A: Currently, we only accept debit/credit cards and Shop Pay for TBYB orders. Buy Now, Pay Later services like Afterpay or ZipPay are not supported as we require the ability to authorize and adjust the final charge based on items kept.
Q: what happens if i decide to keep all items?
A: If you choose to keep all the items from your order, the full authorized amount will be charged to your payment method, and the transaction will be completed as a regular purchase.
Q: how long do i have to try the items before i have to return them?
A: you have a period of 21 days once product is received to try your items. at the end of trial, you will select to keep and pay the full price of the item or return the item to bondiboost.
Q: how are returns handled?
A: If you decide to return one or more items, you can do so using the prepaid return label provided. Details and instructions for processing returns are available in the Customer Portal. All returns must be initiated within the trial period (21 days) to avoid charges for the items.
