"I’ve been using the Bondi Boost Anti-Thinning Super System and I’m honestly loving the routine. Everything works together so well and makes wash days feel like a full-on treatment. The HG Shampoo and HG Conditioner are both lightweight but super nourishing. My scalp feels clean and my hair feels softer and less tangled after every wash. I use the Elixir Hair Oil before washing as a little pre-treatment. It smells amazing and gives a really nice moisture boost. The HG Scalp Scrub is a new favorite. I use it once a week and it gets rid of all the buildup without drying my scalp. So satisfying. The HG Clarifying Shampoo I use once a week too. It gives that deep clean feeling without stripping. The Intensive Spray and Proactive Scalp Tonic are my go-to daily. I spray them right on my scalp and massage in. They feel super refreshing and honestly I’ve noticed less shedding already. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I was a HUGE fan of Bondi Boost for a very long time and purchased a large amount of their products. I recently purchased the heat protectant spray and when I received it, the sprayer was defective. They sent me a replacement sprayer, but the replacement has a solid wide opening that would be used for a serum or a lotion NOT TO SPRAY. They first asked for pictures and now they are asking for videos. I do not have time to be doing all of this to correct THEIR mistake. I am disgusted with their customer service as there is no phone number so all of this correspondence has been done through email which is HUGELY incovenient and time consuming. I am DONE with Bondi Boost and I will be sure to let everyone know of their TERRIBLE customer service. You lost a loyal/repeat good customer today. Shame on you!"
