Start with Dry, Detangled Hair: Start with fully dry, detangled hair for smooth styling.

Set Your Temp: The brush heats between 275F - 450F, suitable for most hair types. Begin at a lower heat and increase as needed.

Style in Sections: Divide hair into sections and place the brush close to the roots, gliding through to the ends. Use gentle tension and repeat as needed for extra smoothness and volume.

Focus on Finishing Touches: For frizz-free, glossy results, style each section once or twice as needed.

Fine until it stopped working

"I bought this and had it for over a year. I didn't really use it much then decided to give it a go. I used it a few times and liked it but it just stopped working. Of course the warranty was up. They offered me 20% off of a new one. Why would I buy another product that doesnt last? I take good care of my hair tools and I have them all. I have a dyson, I have t3 products, the list goes on. This was a big disappointment, The tool and the customer service. I think I will find one from a company that stands behind their products."

Do not waste your money

"I purchased the Bondi Boost thermal brush during their Christmas sale. I didn’t get a chance to use it right away because of the holidays, but I’ve now tried it several times and unfortunately it did not work for my hair. I followed different tutorials I found on TikTok and YouTube, but the results were consistently the same—my hair looked flat and the curls didn’t hold. I also tried using it on different settings and with different techniques, but I didn’t see any real styling results. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, but was told I was outside the 30-day return window, so they couldn’t assist. Based on my experience, I’m disappointed with the product and it didn’t meet my expectations. I wanted to share my experience in case it helps others make an informed decision before purchasing. If I could give this product 0 star I would. Total waste of money and very disappointing."

"Only had this tool since May of 2025, and it doesnt work anymore. It turns on but it does not heat up! It stops at 250/325. To make matters worse, I only used it about 20-30 handful of times! Which sucks because I started to use it alot this past month."

Bummed. Not for fine hair

"I wanted to love this tool but it didn't work for me like I thought it would. It left my hair frizzy and damaged. I don't know how, but it burned my hair. I used the tool the same way I saw in all the videos, rolled through my hair not staying in place to cause burning, but somehow it still did. Unfortunately it's a no for me."

The diameter of the handle on our Long Barrel Infrared Thermal Bounce Brush is the same as the original one—it's just the length of the barrel that’s different! So, you get all the same comfort, just with a longer barrel for easier styling for longer or thicker hair types.

I have fine thin hair, what should my temperature settings be around for no damage to my hair. Thank uou: Hi Kristy, Great question – we’re so glad you asked! For fine or thin hair, we recommend keeping the temperature on the lower end of the scale. Since the Infrared Thermal Brush heats between 275°F and 450°F, starting around 275°F to 300°F is ideal. This should give you effective styling without putting unnecessary stress on your strands.
I’m loving my thermal brush! However it is definitely time to clean it, as there is build up on it. What is the best recommendation for cleaning it without damaging it?: Hi Denielle, So glad you’re loving your thermal brush!
