Great customer service

"Dryer aspect works well, brush doesn’t get tangled in my hair. I’d first had full sized brush but diameter was so large I didn’t get any lift or curl in my thin hair. Customer service was very accommodating, said I could exchange it for smaller travel size. Return was very simple and efficient. Travel size is shorter but not that much smaller. I’ll keep it and do use it but hope a smaller diameter brush might be available someday."

Two motors lasted three months

"Loved this tool: worked very well, style held up (much better than other blow dry brushes), and my favorite: so lightweight! Also to note: BondiBoost customer service replaced my first unit, which burned out two months after I purchased (from Sephora, hence I could not return to the retailer)--after some effort on my part. I was so excited for my replacement. . . . until less than six weeks later, when it completely stopped working. Please fix your motors--you are an appliance company! I ultimately bought an amazon brand, and while I don't like the results as well, the motor is noticeably more durable. Wish I could transplant the motor into my dead Bondi brush. :("

It blew up in Jeju Island with the right adaptor. It overheated and just died. Ruined my vacation!!

Safety concern; Overheating

"Loved it for the first few months. Until the motor webt haywire and the handle was getting dangerously hot. I had to throw it away as it was no longer safe to use, God forbid it electrocuted me or caught fire. Disappointed."
